In today's day we spend way too much time sitting, either at work, in a car or at home on the couch. With very little time to workout to fight the effects of today's sedentary life, we need to think about the how, when and where we train?
This is where the concept of functional training comes in, basically functional training are exercises which involve training the body for the activities performed in daily life. A key element to functional training is a strong core, and with a strong core we will develop better stability and therefore better mobility.

Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training develops strength, balance,
flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
Before we can reclaim strength, balance, and flexibility is very important to
be able to move our joints and therefore our muscles at their full range of
motion while been pain free. Sometimes because of injury, arthritis or simply
the effects of ageing accomplishing this task can be difficult, specially
around the joints in the lower extremities where the weight of our body is
always present.
One element that adds value to the TRX is the opportunity to off set some of this
weight, unloading the joints to improve mobility and at the same time
strengthening the muscles in charge of stabilising and mobilising that joint.
