Dry July 2019 funds will be put to good use at Calvary Mater Newcastle Hospital's Haematology Ward (5C), funding the following items:

o General Equipment for the ward including comfort furniture and furnishings e.g. leg rests, cushions, wedges and fans 

o Bariatric Equipment for Loan Pool, to keep up with demand for general equipment for larger patients

o A Portable O2 Concentrator Pack: Portable oxygen so patients can move around/sit outside with visitors etc.

o Two SAM Overlay Mattresses to provide comfort and pressure redistribution

o A TIS Electric Mobile Shower Commode to assist less able patients when showering

o Five fully positional specialist electric patient chairs
