Why I’m Taking Part
Each year, I have signed up to Dry July in memory of my mother-in-law, Kris Condy. Sadly, this year I have signed up to also honour the memory of my father-in-law, John Condy. John passed away on the 19 March 2026 and we miss him dearly.
For 9 years since his diagnosis, John fought every day for more time with his boys, and celebrated that he was able to meet his grandchildren.
The care and support our family has received from the Andrew Love Cancer Centre, and University Hospital Geelong, has been truly exceptional. We have no doubt that the care John received, gave us many more years of memories to cherish.
