I’m doing Dry July this year.

Not because I don’t enjoy a glass of wine (I very much do), but because some people don’t have the luxury of choice right now.

Through my role at Charlies Foundation for Research, I see this up close. Every day, patients are walking into hospital appointments they didn’t ask for, facing treatments they can’t avoid.

So for one month, I’m giving something up. And I’m asking, if you can, that you give something too.
