It’s that time of year to put down the wine and raise funds for mums who need a helping hand.

This one is personal for me. I grew up with two parents who struggled with alcohol. My mum has now been sober for many moons, and my dad has since passed away. Their journeys have shaped who I am and given me a deep appreciation for the strength it takes to overcome life's challenges.

I’m incredibly grateful for the life I have and the people around me. This Dry July, I’m giving up the wine to help raise funds for mums doing it tough, because everyone deserves support during life's hardest moments.
