This Dry July, I'm going alcohol-free in memory of my beautiful Grandma, Rosalie Sugars, who sadly passed away from pancreatic cancer 16 years ago.

Grandma was the most incredible woman I've ever known—strong, independent, funny, loving and endlessly generous. Her kindness and resilience continue to inspire me every day.

This year, Mum and I are taking on Dry July together to honour her memory and raise funds for PanCare, helping to support people and families affected by pancreatic cancer. Every donation, big or small, means so much. Thank you for your support.
