This month for Dry July myself and my gal are doing this to show ours/ my importance and dedication/determination to this cause!!
To show my determination and dedication ,see what lengths with my body can go to and how my mind can be pushed in process of this month.

To show the respect / love I have to those who battle with this everyday and love ones who no longer here! To help next people forward fighting this .
-To the People I’ve lost from cancer growing up! 🤍
-to those who I’ve watched go through chemo therapy and the strain has on there body❤️
-amazing fighters I know who have won there battle to cancer and who are still affected by it!
-to push my body and mind in PROCESS!!
-to have sacrifice and withtain reward from it in seeing results in better myself
-to challenge myself!
-to contribute to healthcare workers that are there every day all day / day and night and are in my family ! ❤️
