This July I’m taking part in Dry July to raise money for the Mark Hughes Foundation, a cause that became deeply personal to my family after my beautiful mum was diagnosed with Glioblastoma (GBM). Her battle was heartbreakingly short due to how aggressive the disease is, and the support provided during that time meant so much to us.

By going alcohol-free for July, I hope to honour Mum’s memory and help raise funds for brain cancer research and support services for other families facing the same devastating journey.
