It's getting close to that time of year .....Dry July!! I'm again hoping to raise much needed funds to support cancer organisations in delivering meaningful services to people affected by cancer. Having lost family and friends to this awful disease, and thankfully having friends and family who have come through it, makes it a cause close to my heart. And the added bonus to this is that my body and mind get a healthy re-set!!  I know that many of you have supported me doing this in the past and Í dont expect big donations, whatever you can afford will be very appreciated (or even just a supportive message during July to keep me motivated!).
