Thanks Helen! I’m not sure a month without wine will be easy, but I’m determined to be more mindful of what I’m cramming into my mouth, whether it’s food or booze, to try to fit back into my clothes. |
I’m happy to support your efforts. Although not raising money myself,I will be with you Linda. I’m off alcohol until 1 August. Im also hoping that my clothes will return to their pre-holiday size.
