This month has been about so much more than giving up alcohol.

It's been about honouring my dad, Phil, who I lost to suicide when I was just 12 years old.

It's been about setting an example for my beautiful son, showing him that resilience, compassion and giving back matter.

And, if I'm being completely honest... it's been about proving something to myself.

I can genuinely say I feel better than I have in a long time.

I've found a level of clarity I didn't realise I was missing. I've rediscovered motivation that had been sitting dormant. I've saved close to **$300**, spent more quality time drumming, laughed more with the people I love, and I honestly feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

But none of that compares to what **we've** achieved together.

Because of your generosity, **we've raised over $1,200 for Canteen**—helping provide life-changing support for young people and families impacted by cancer.

That isn't my achievement.

**That's ours.**
