❤️ Can I ask one more favour? Please don't let the momentum stop.

Five days ago I shared why I'm taking on Dry July.

I spoke about losing my dad, Phil, to suicide when I was just 12 years old, the role alcohol has played in my own life, and my desire to finally prove to myself that I can go an entire month without a drink—all while raising money to support Australians affected by cancer.

I genuinely didn't know what to expect.

Within just 48 hours, friends, family, colleagues and even people I barely know had helped raise an incredible $750.

I was absolutely blown away.

In fact, you inspired me to increase my goal from $500 to $1,000 because I realised together we could make an even bigger difference.

Right now, we're only $190 away.

As amazing as that sounds, I'm hoping nobody thinks, "They've got this covered."

Because the truth is... I still need your help.

This week will probably be the toughest part of the entire challenge.

It's a shorter work week for me, and I've got the whole weekend off. Historically, that's when I'd be most tempted to have a drink.

Every donation, every comment, every share and every message of encouragement reminds me why I started this and helps keep me accountable.

I'm not just trying to reach a number on a fundraising page.

I'm trying to prove to myself that I can change.

I'm trying to honour my dad's memory.

And I'm trying to raise as much money as possible for people and families whose lives have been turned upside down by cancer.

If you've been thinking about donating but haven't yet, even $5 or $10 genuinely makes a difference. If you've already donated, thank you from the bottom of my heart. The biggest favour you could do now is share this post so it reaches someone outside my own circle who might like to support the cause.

Let's finish this week strong.

Who's going to help push this over the $1,000 mark? 💙
