It’s been almost five years since we lost mum to cancer. She’s never far from my thoughts, but as Dry July rolls around each year, she’s especially at the front of my mind.
That’s why I’m giving up the booze again to raise funds for Cancer Council and their 13 11 20 Information and Support Line.
When a cancer diagnosis hits, having a trusted, experienced health professional on the other end of the phone for practical and emotional guidance can make all the difference. Going dry is a small sacrifice to help ensure no one has to navigate cancer alone.
To everyone who's backed me, donated, or given me stick about being in an ad in their gym bathroom - thank you. Your continued support means the world to me and keeps me going every July.
If you’re able to chip in again this year, any donation big or small makes a massive difference.
Thanks so much and, as always, #FuckCancer 👊🏽♥️
Love your work George.
