Why I’m Taking Part
Almost one in two Australian men and women will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85
The big C has become a common household word now that diagnostics have improved significantly. Everyone unfortunately knows someone who has received this dreaded diagnosis, and if you dont you are extremely lucky.
Watching someone go down this road is hard, but I couldn't imagine being that person or their significant other and how taxing that journey would be.
I will again be raising money to try and help that journey be a little bit more comfortable and so the patients and their family can have all the information for these resourses and how to access any programs that could be helpful during their journeys
