This is my sixth year taking on Dry July. Each year it's a chance to challenge myself, support a cause that makes a real difference, and remember those we've lost to cancer. I'm proud to go alcohol-free for the month in honour of their memory and to help raise funds that provide comfort, care and support to people and families facing cancer.
