Brother, I know you’re doing Dry July to honour your mum, and that’s a beautiful thing. But maybe there’s another way to look at it.

Maybe you think you’re doing this for her… but maybe she’s doing this for you.

Maybe God has placed this on your heart because He still has a purpose for your life. giving up the beer and sugar could be the start of something that changes your future. Sometimes the people we love most continue to guide us even after they’re gone.

Your mum would be proud that you’re making positive changes, not just because it honours her memory, but because it gives you a better chance at a long, healthy life.

God puts things in our hearts for a reason. Keep going, brother. One day at a time. I truly believe your mum would want to see you healthy, happy, and around for many years to come.
