And the tracker I had at home!

My month's tracker at the office...

4 days left. It's gone quickly, in bursts, and the slow days were the hard ones.

I have honestly had the grumpiest month; no weight loss; bad skin; craving sugar like never before! And to top it off we're moving house next week so there's been a lot going on at the home front. At least I'll be able to have a nerve-calming whisky as we try and integrate the three cats together for the first time... 🐈‍⬛🐈🐈‍⬛
