This July, I'm taking part in Dry July.

For the next month, I'll be giving up alcohol to raise money for cancer research and support services for people and families affected by cancer.

This challenge is deeply personal. My beautiful mum fought an incredibly brave battle with pancreatic cancer for 9 months before she sadly passed away in February. Watching her strength, courage, and determination throughout her journey was both heartbreaking and inspiring. She never gave up, and her love and resilience will stay with me forever.

I'm doing this in her memory, and for every family who has had to experience the pain of cancer. If my small sacrifice can help fund research, improve treatments, and support patients and their loved ones, then it's absolutely worth it.
