Wow! What a fantastic result for Cancer Wellness Support and it’s all thanks to you!

A whopping $35,735.49 was raised during the 2024 Dry July campaign for Cancer Wellness Support – a massive community effort.

The funds raised will go towards:

• 963 therapies ($33,735) to support both individuals and their families living with cancer.

• 12 x comfortable chairs ($2,000) to be used in group work, meditation and chair yoga.

At Cancer Wellness Support, our approach is to improve access to complementary therapies and opportunities for social connection for people affected by cancer through the removal of financial, geographic, and other barriers. With accessibility and affordability underpinning our core principles, we offer a comprehensive suite of complementary health individual and group therapy sessions, support groups, counselling, events and retreats at substantially discounted rates.

Thanks to you and all who supported your fundraising efforts, we are able to continue to provide our personalised support to individuals and families living with cancer in our community.
