Better late than never… I’m taking on Dry July to raise funds for the PanCare Foundation, a cause that’s become incredibly close to my heart.

My best friend, Luke, was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic oesophageal cancer, and watching someone you love go through something like this is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. It’s been a heartbreaking reminder of how quickly life can change and just how precious every moment really is.

Giving up a drink for the rest of July feels like such a small sacrifice if it means I can help raise money for the incredible work PanCare does, supporting patients and their families while funding vital research to improve treatments and outcomes.
