This Dry July, I'm giving up alcohol in memory of my dad, Michael, who bravely fought oesophageal cancer for four years before passing away last year.

Watching someone you love battle cancer is heartbreaking. Throughout his journey, Dad faced countless challenges with remarkable strength, resilience, and courage. Even during the toughest times, he continued to inspire those around him with his determination.
