This July I’m taking on Dry July—not just for the challenge, but for something that’s become a lot more personal than I ever expected.
Like a lot of people, I’ve seen firsthand how important good care, support, and the right people around you can be when life throws a curveball. The work done through prostate cancer support services makes a real difference—not just for patients, but for families and the people standing beside them.
Giving up a drink for a month is a small thing in the scheme of it, but if it helps raise funds for better care, support programs, and research, it’s worth it.
If you’ve ever been touched by cancer in any way—whether it’s you, a mate, or someone in your family—I’d really appreciate your support. Every donation helps make a tough road a bit easier for someone.
Thanks for getting behind me.
