WHY AM I DOING DRY JULY you may ask!!
Have I had cancer? No.
Have I been affected by cancer? Yes.
Both my mother and my mother-in-law died from cancer.
I have also lost a beautiful sister-in-law and two good friends to cancer.
My husband Bill, a daughter-in-law and several friends are, luckily, cancer survivors.
All money raised during DryJuly is spent either in cancer research or to help cancer sufferers in some way.
I am raising money to support the work of the Flinders Foundation right here in South Australia.
Please support me to achieve my goal of $1000. Wouldn't it be great if, with your help, I could successfully double my target?

Why I’m Taking Part
I've signed up for Dry July, which means I'm going alcohol-free in July! My challenge is much more than just giving up alcohol - it's about raising funds for cancer support services to help Aussies affected by cancer. There's nothing more sobering than the reality of cancer, so I'd love for you to pour out your generosity and support me.
