Help people affected by cancer. Read more...
For more than 30 years, the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation has stood alongside our local hospitals and precincts, helping ensure our community has access to the best possible health care when it is needed most.
Through the support of people like you, we help fund life-saving medical equipment, cancer patient transport, emergency accommodation, and programs that reach people during some of the toughest and most confronting moments of their lives.
One of the most meaningful ways we support our community is through the Cancer Patient Transport Service.
For many local cancer patients, getting to treatment isn’t simple. When someone is too unwell to drive or facing financial pressure, even the journey to care can feel overwhelming. That’s where this service steps in, providing safe, reliable transport to chemotherapy, radiation therapy, tests and essential appointments.
Every $67 raised helps fund a trip to life-saving care – relieving worry and stress. Every trip matters to someone going through a life-changing cancer diagnosis. Thank you for helping them reach treatments that could change the outcome of their life.

Important Note
Dry July is a fundraising campaign aimed at challenging social drinkers to change their habits for a month and make some healthy lifestyle changes. We would encourage people to drink responsibly and stick to the recommended daily guidelines for the rest of the year. We advise heavy drinkers or people dependent on alcohol to speak with their GP before signing up to Dry July.
