Why I’m Taking Part
Dear amazing friends,
Enhancing Cancer Survivorship Care through increased Dietician Support Prince of Wales Hospital urgently requires an additional full time dietitian to provide vital nutritional and dietician support to cancer survivors.
Nutritional support is crucial for those affected by cancers and has shown a multitude of benefits significantly improving quality of life post cancer.
Your support will help up to 12 patients per week to access much needed individualised dietetic assessment.
I hope you will help me raise funds for this vital program.
