He's been a sports reporter for the Wide World of Sports. He’s been a Hollywood reporter for The Midday Show. He’s reported for the ABC’s 7.30 Report. He’s been an overseas correspondent for the ABC in Europe.

Geoff was a Walkley Award nominee, an extra in a Robert Altman film The Player, he’s even tried his hand at comedy.

All of this experience means one thing – the man is comfortable at a bar with a glass in his hand.

Being dry this July is likely to be one of the biggest challenges of his career.
